I guess I can give the luck to others but not myself 😂 The odds are actually fixed at 2.5% so I think it's probs just people getting lucky. It's more likely in this event than the buster sword event because there are fewer items here and each pack guarantees an event item including the possibility of the havoc. So that could have something to do with why more people are getting it.

@@thethak but it is still ea who is behind this so i dont think that the 2.5% is fully accurate just like how the hierloom shard chances are higher for new players so that if they actually get them they keep playing in the hopes of getting more

@@Ai-Music499 yeah the 2.5% is guidance I believe they said, so you're right on that. The new player thing isn't true though, lol. It's just a superstition the community has, in reality the odds are the same (with some variance) regardless of the age of the account.

Yeah there are definitely other things they need to fix, audio is another thing along with the servers. They did call out that they're aware of these other issues and working on them. So hopefully we'll get to see some fixes in season 22, they said there will be some in the patch notes in a couple weeks.

It says in the blog post on the official Apex Website. It's right at the bottom so I expect most people missed it.

Congrats. I'm hearing a lot of people are getting it free in the free pack. Might have something to do with it being a legendary so the odds are higher, or it could be glitched. Hopefully if that's the case they won't take it away from people that have got it free already.

No not the havoc skin, I said the milestone rewards. Those are the 3 at the top, the havoc skin is in the standard event rewards and only available by chance in the event packs. It does say these event items could come back in the future though so there is a possibility there will be a colour variation available for exotic shards in the store in the future.

Yeah you could say 2 events if you count void raider as a real event, that's fair. For this video I'm not including store events. The reason I'm classing that Void Raider Milestone / gambling event as a store event is there wasn't really a stand alone event trailer, nor was it classified as a collection or thematic event. Solos was a separate mode that wasn't specific to that event. Also the official Apex Legends Wiki page doesn't have it listed as an event for season 21, while it does have Double Take there already, so going to go by that for now. So that's the logic behind my 1 event. Hope that makes sense.

There is demotion protection, defo not 20 games though lol. I think it's 3 games, but might be 5 games. I haven't hit demotion protection for a good few seasons so can't quite remember and I don't see anything in the recent patch notes saying it's changed.

These are official Apex Legends definitions by the devs. Unless the devs are lying It's safe to say this is what these symbols mean. Whether you do or do not have a dodgy console/PC or bad internet is another story though.

Yeah I made this video years ago but actually most of the principles still apply to heirlooms. Main difference is now you have more levels you can earn compared to when I did the calculations in this video.

yeah it's tricky especially with the player numbers down at the moment. Consistency is the main thing for diamond. You have to minimise your losses and really slow down you're game if you're finding points hard to come by.

Yeah I noticed the wording. I'm assuming they're leaving it open in case they wanted to do 2 different weapons. The premium plus prices yes is mostly for the skips but they've thrown in a couple extras compared to today where you just get the skips and nothing extra. I personally wouldn't spend the extra money. To be honest I don't know if I'll even but the premium anymore given we can't use apex coins. the skin variants are just colour variants of the ones you get in the normal premium. so same skin just in different colours. And yeah agreed I imagine most people that get premium plus likely already have all legends unlocked.
